Farm Life

Welcome to our farm! After navigating life's challenges, including my battle with breast cancer and the arrival of our preemie baby during the pandemic, we decided to embrace a fresh start. We traded our suburban life for the joys of farm living, welcoming chickens, goats, and donkeys into our family. I left my teaching career to pursue my passion for yoga, transforming an outbuilding into Sunshine Linings Studio, where we create and share positivity every day!
